Lisa E. Dahill, Ph.D., is Professor of Religion at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. She is ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and was previously on the faculty of Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Columbus, OH. She is a scholar and translator of the works of Dietrich Bonhoeffer and has published and taught widely on contemporary questions of ecology, environmental ethics, and spirituality. She co-edited the 2017 volume, Eco-Reformation: Grace and Hope for a Planet in Peril, and several other books. In her spare time she loves to bike, hike, swim, garden, and spend as much time as possible outdoors.
